Jeffrey Erskine

Jeffrey Erskine, Esq. is an experienced California attorney with a background that includes having served as a business law professor at a well-reputed law school in Santa Ana, a Judge Advocate General (JAG) attorney and officer in the United States Army Reserve, and the general counsel of a Southern California immigration law firm.

Mr. Erskine’s diverse legal experience, and the global perspective that he brings to each client’s legal problems, is a unique attribute that benefits every client of the firm. We recognize that every client has unique legal needs and unique background helps him to craft a creative solution to those problems, regardless of the legal challenge facing that individual or business.

Attorney Erskine is a graduate of the University of New York in Prague, Czech Republic, with a degree in Marketing and Communications and a Master’s Degree in Marketing Communication from the University of Canberra in Australia.  Following that, he attended Western State College of Law in Fullerton, California.  Currently he not only serves as an adjunct professor at Trinity Law School in Santa Ana as well as the school’s Director of Online Programs for California.  He also leads the school’s annual human trafficking and international law study abroad program in Cambodia.

Mr. Erskine previously spent four years serving his country as a member of the JAG Corps, three of those years on active duty as a participant in Operation Enduring Freedom.  His experience as a JAG officer also gave him the opportunity to represent his fellow service members in a variety of different civil matters that have given him great comfort representing clients in a wide variety of civil matters.  Jeffrey Erskine is an attorney with a wealth of skills that he puts to use for the benefit of his clients in the areas of estate planning, immigration and business/corporate law.
